How It Started

Once upon a time, somewhere in a city hospital a legend was born and in the next crib to this legend was me! A somewhat average child in an extraordinary world (and this is where my incredible writing skill ended).

As a child I used to save up my pocket money to buy a Kodak disposable camera with one roll of film, take 24 pictures of the family dog Benji then take them to Boots to get developed. If I wasn’t doing that then I would usually be found diving through my mum’s boxes of LP’s figuring out what song I wanted on next.

When I got to college the only option for a photography qualification was an A/S Level alongside my film and TV course back when dark rooms were still the norm. I learned how to develop film and would often spend as much of my free time at college in the dark room as possible just watching my images come to life.

After 6 years of travelling around the UK I resettled in my hometown of Peterborough, got some fur babies and worked all kinds of different jobs before deciding to take my camera and just going for it, yolo!

So here we are! Your favourite photographer! (tbc)

Pleased to meet you!
